Three options, your choice. Each works the same — direct from Joe, the car you booked, the price you saw.
- Phuket Airport (HKT) — Joe meets you on arrival in the airport car park. Your flight will be auto tracked: No transfer, no queues.
- JTP Office, Thalang / Boat Avenue — collect from us if you're already in that area.
- Your hotel, villa or resort, anywhere on the island — we come to you.
For the package-holiday scenario
This is for guests who arrived in Phuket by air, got picked up at the airport by their hotel transfer, are now somewhere on the island, and only at that point realised they actually need a rental car. The big aggregators can't help — they assume you collected at the airport. Joe can.
Book online, tell us your hotel, and Joe brings the exact car to your hotel reception. Same rental rate you saw. Return car to airport option.
What does hotel delivery cost?
A small one-off fee of 500 Thai Baht for short rentals. Free on rentals of 14 days or more. The fee is shown clearly at booking — no surprises at handover.
Same car, same price, just delivered
The car you choose on the booking page is the car that arrives at your hotel. Not "or similar". Not a downgrade. Exactly the car you saw.
What time can Joe deliver?
Standard delivery hours cover normal arrival windows. Late or very early deliveries can usually be arranged — message us via the chat icon and we'll confirm.
How it works, step by step
- Pick your car, dates, and "Hotel delivery" on the booking form.
- Tell us the hotel name when you check out.
- Joe meets you at hotel reception at the agreed time.
- Quick walk-around of the car, paperwork signed, keys handed over.
